Kay Properties has successfully completed raising equity capital for the Brookings DST in Brookings, OR. This DST investment opportunity was made available to accredited 1031 exchange and direct cash investors under Regulation D Rule 506c.
The property is 100% occupied by FedEx Ground Packaging Systems, Ltd. The investors purchased their DST investments on an all-cash/debt-free basis with no long-term mortgage financing.
