Orrin Barrow, Senior Vice President
Orrin Barrow is Senior Vice President for Kay Properties where he works out of the firm’s Torrance, CA -based office assisting accredited investors with their 1031 Exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trust strategies, and direct-cash investments. Since joining Kay Properties, Orrin has been instrumental in helping the firm participate in more than $30 Billion of 1031 investments totaling approximately 50 million square feet of multifamily, manufactured housing, single tenant net lease, industrial, self-storage and medical properties nationwide.
Prior to joining Kay Properties, Barrow worked for a 1031 exchange DST sponsor firm as well as working for a publicly traded bank providing financing opportunities for companies that span a wide array of industries.
Orrin holds a California real estate license, his FINRA Series SIE, Series 63 and 22 licenses, and is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He holds a B.S. in Public Policy, Planning and Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy.
